Your badge will indicate if you are a District 56 member or a guest of a member. After check-in, you’ll head to the Photo & Video Release Desk to sign a waiver. Every attendee must sign in before entering—yes, every guest, regardless of age! 🥂 What to Expect: Appetizers & non-alcoholic beverages during the event (while they last) Coffee, tea, and dessert after our final awards Access to the private club restaurant and bar (cash/card – on your tab) A large event room with a beautiful outdoor patio overlooking the golf course and pond 📸 Photos & Awards Process: For time management purposes, if there is more than one award recipient in an award category, they will be announced in groups. When your name is called, join the others on stage, accept your award, and smile big for your group photo! Words truly can't capture the magic of this experience. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was filled with connection and camaraderie. New friendships blossomed, and existing ones deepened in ways that left us all feeling enriched and inspired. Some might have doubted the weather would hinder our fun, but it turned out to be the perfect backdrop for our adventures. The crisp air invigorated our spirits as we embraced the outdoors, thanks to Basma Al Kakoun for leading those refreshing hiking sessions! 🌲❄️ Our agenda was packed with enlightening keynote speakers (Mike Lejune, David Bell, and Angela Tornes), engaging games, and even karaoke that had us all laughing and singing our hearts out. The challenges and competitions pushed us to grow, while the delicious home-cooked meals from talented cooks in our district reminded us of the love and culture we share. We truly didn’t go hungry—our hearts and bellies were full! 🍽️❤️ It was a weekend filled with laughter, tears, and unforgettable moments that left our faces in constant smiles.
