Shri Abhay Kumar Singh, Secretary, Information Technology, Government of Bihar, highlighted the state’s strategy to build a strong technology services and Global Capability Centre (GCC) ecosystem through the Bihar GCC Policy 2026 and Bihar IT Policy 2024. The policies aim to position Bihar as a growing hub for digital innovation, technology services and global business operations. Industry leaders also shared their experience of operating in Bihar. Mrs. Kumud Sharma, Executive Director, SuperSeva, appreciated the proactive approach of the Government of Bihar for creating a supportive environment for industries and technology services. She highlighted that SuperSeva recently secured a major order from a leading multinational company in the United States, with around 70% of the workforce supporting the project operating from Bihar.
