That is, if the fuel reactor corresponded to the regulations, then such acceleration of the reactor in any case would not have happened, and it wouldn’t have exploded.

@Matthewju0p @fasc1nate You think people who build a damn nuclear reactor a stupid? They know the reactor had an increase in power during shutdown. They have formulas and scientific documents for that. But the fuel was not correct quality, and threw the parameters off.

@DitusAbscon @fasc1nate The RBMK was found to be unstable from the start and had nothing to do with the uranium. The disaster actually started when the core was powered down earlier in the day for a planned test which didn’t go ahead until the night shift.

The officers are also trained to position themselves to reduce risk and not shoot unless situation require. He was circling the car and put himself in danger. This can turn on him.
