Head down to the @northfieldaca library for some fantastic resources for @bhmuk ! Excellent posters started for the poster competition looking at Beyoncé, Louis Armstrong, Nigerian Independence Day and Ghana.

We'll be running a fact of the day focusing on celebrating black culture and success in the morning bulletin. Did you know black history month has been celebrated since 1987?

It's the first day of Black History Month. The library is hosting the Northfield Academy BHM Poster competition at lunchtimes. Chat to @MrsRamsay08 or Miss shaw if you'd like to do a home entry. Keep your eyes peeled in lessons for BHM inspired tasks and displays.
