I just finished getting my MBA! Yep, I know what you're thinking. Didn't she talk about having a baby this past year? Sure did! It wasn't easy but for my purpose, it was necessary! What's Next For Me: Getting a certification in Project Management! #WomensCareerChat 😍🌹💪🏾💃🏾

You seize new opportunities by running towards the problem- the opportunities are bountiful because few people want to fix problems. If you want to make a leap, JUMP! Only you can hold you back. Perspective is everything. #WomensCareerChat #LifeAtAtt

Make mental health a priority. Without progress on representation and inclusion, women will likely experience workplace stress in more significant numbers than men, especially in male-dominated industries. It’s up to employers to address the root causes of this problem or risk the realities of stress-induced burnout.

#WomensCareerChat: Women & men respond to recognition differently. Women often credit our accomplishments to external factors, while men attribute theirs to innate qualities & skills. Companies & allies can look for opportunities to celebrate women’s accomplishments.

Establish two personal boards of directors. One that includes subject matter experts. The other should consist of people you have long-term relationships with too. Family members should be on that personal board of directors. Family members see you differently. They know about your passions & will to succeed. #WomensCareerChat

In 2030, my son will be 14, and my daughter will be 17. I want them to see the tangible results of accelerated progress toward gender equality and race relations. I want them to know – mommy planted trees she would never sit under. #WomensCareerChat #purpose #family

@LifeAtATT I have had so many mentors women and men who have powerfully impacted my career. But bar none the most powerful was a woman by Linda Burwell, who not only opened doors for me but challenged to to pay it forward. I have done that and required those I have helped to pay it forward
