@theficouple When people realize that Tesla is not the unique EV brand in the world 🤯🤯🤯 You don't need to "waste" $50k on a brand new EV nor it needed to be a Tesla.

When you bought the $50,000 Tesla Model Y to save on gas & maintenance. Then you learned: - It loses 20-35% of its value by year 3 - It loses 55-58% of its value by year 5 So by year 5 you lost $35,000+ of value? ....Congrats on saving ~$1,000/yr on gas.

@Investmentkage Yeah, definitely! For my reality (country), 500k portfolio (generating passive income), would be enough for retirement!

It’s interesting that everybody’s financial independence number is different. Someone can retire off of 500,000 and would be perfectly happy while others need 5 million.
