I think about all the incredible people I've worked with because of this game. All the players I've connected with online and the members of our community I've met in person. To me the Division is as much about the people as the game.

Agents, Due to the ongoing technical issues affecting The Division on Xbox and PC, we are pausing the Survive Fest event and postponing the planned event stream. Our priority is to resolve these issues as quickly as we can. We want to thank everyone for the incredible engagement over the past days. It was amazing to see so many agents returning to New York and showing how strong this community tradition has become. We truly appreciate the excitement and support you have shown. The Survive Fest will come back bigger and better, supported by ongoing improvements including the upcoming 60 FPS update for The Division on PlayStation! We will share more information soon.

As part of our ongoing efforts to keep the game fair and clean for everyone, we’ll apply sanctions to a wave of accounts using unauthorized software. While we regularly take action against cheaters, this is part of a broader initiative to be stricter with unfair behavior.
We want to reiterate that our safety efforts are continuous, and we encourage the community to use the in-game report tool whenever they encounter suspicious activity. This remains the most effective way for us to investigate those harming the experience and is our primary source of information on cheaters.
