I’m spitballing here based on hunches, but hear me out You rig a transducer to the magnetron from a microwave, then dump the equivalent of a couple car batteries’ worth of power into an ionized, super-chilled vessel. This happens right as the CO₂ is almost completely pumped out of the boundary gaps. Around that vessel you have a circular array of 14 × 200-wind REBCO superconducting coils acting like a disk. When you time the discharge correctly, the phonon-roton modes create dynamic ratchets that rapidly nucleate and grow uniform ice crystals.

From my perspective, RV sits very much in the EM/Astral condensate layer… But should we tell people they can slip into Sensory Bi-Location and access the ‘higher mind’ directly?
