@CrossOutBryce @SomeKirbyFan Didn’t Jeff Fowler say that she auditioned for the role and he felt that she embodied Tails the best and he wanted that connection to the games for the fans. I think it was a deliberate effort from Fowler and others on the team to do something for the fans and because she fits

it remains hilarious to me that colleen is the only cast member from the games to voice their character in these movies if they deliberately didn’t have him speak like they did when shadow and amy were revealed i guarantee they would’ve gotten someone high profile for him

I am so happy to see you have this take. Yes, Movie Sonic is different in a lot of ways from Game Sonic, but he’s got that essential emotional core. I love his kind heart under that bravado. I feel like they adapted it so well and I find the differences to be interesting.

I get he cracks a fortnite dance or makes a pop culture reference but for every one of those, you get one of these really like actually touching moments. Thing is the purpose of movie sonic is the same purpose sonic has in the games. He changes everyone around him. (they do it in a different way of course but as far as narrative purpose its the same ball park)

@frieren_linne07 I’ll of course support any of the new girls that get in. This isn’t on them, but I really felt like this could have been a fresh jolt to Morning Musume in an era where H!P feels very stagnant. But maybe I was a bit naive for thinking that way.

I love the Sonic movies so much! They've done so much for Sonic. I feel like they've grown from humble, safe beginnings into this amazing force to be reckoned with. I am so happy we have them and the movies (especially 2) have become some of my favorite parts of this series!

I just watched Nirvanna the Band the Show the Movie because I saw some clips of it and recognized them as the Wii Shop Channel music guys. Gotta be totally honest… it was an incredibly creative and charming movie! The editing and use of 2008 archived footage was masterful.
