Yea it definitely depends on the genre.. Within dancehall/reggae I do think having a basic grasp of hosting is part of the craft of being a DJ though, even if it’s not your biggest strength

@chrissatta_ Yea of course. Most DJ's who play electronic music don't chat on the mic. Even in afro Caribbean music top dj's don't always chat... ie Private Ryan, Waggy T
