@KLM_UK I have been checking it all day… it said 6pm and still not here and this is what service your couriers company give

@KLM_UK absolutely furious right now!!!!! 24 hours later and still no luggage, no help from the help desks just been told to wait!!! Been home all day waiting absolutely disgusted by this service! Lost a gig for tonight too thanks to KLM who have my luggage and can’t locate it

@KLM_UK My luggage had missed the flight connection from AMS - LHR yesterday… I was told that it will be here on the next flight at 7pm last night and will be with me by this morning.. I made the staff aware I’m diabetic and I need my meds by midday today…
