When you call the call center, a so called digital bank that’s suppose to operate online will place a caller on hold more than an hour and your airtime is burning but they will never pickup the phone. There’s another complain I laid since October 2022 of a dummy 5,700 showing up on my account that I want my account reset to the original amount and I can say up till today being 8th, May, 2023 (7 months) and that issue is yet to be resolved. I’ve complained severally on their Twitter handle also and sent series of emails but they keep saying they are working on it. I just wish they have more physical branches across the country and then stop calling themselves an online bank because the online help center is not working. @joinkuda @kudahelp_ng

@kudahelp_ng @joinkuda is the worst digital bank to ever operate. I had a failed card transaction and I was debited over a month and this bank hasn’t refunded my money. I’ve laid series of complain on their Twitter and I’ve sent several mails but this bank is yet to issue me a refund.
