Major work life news! Starting next week I’ll be joining @usfs_rmrs as a researcher focusing on conservation genomics! We’ll continue our collaborative snow leopard work, and I’ll be expanding my focus to developing genomic methods for other carnivores, including wolves.

I think any woman who has tried to change the world knows that they are not in it for ego or riches because it can be a brutal ride. This is not the path you take if you want your ego to be stroked or to have things handed to you. It is tough being a woman doing big, challenging things."
