no such minimum criteria, sometimes i go with just 2-3 if the leads to me seem very strong that you get to know after checking their website and digital presence. sometimes 5-6 or even more if leads dont seem too strong. rare times i buy name even if there is single lead if i feel they would 100% buy the name so it all depends on the name. i consider keywords too. if there are too many variations with the name then i mostly dont buy besides there is number of related/similar names that are not visible on google that i consider. so there are number of things.

in nov 2024 under one strategy i planned to earn 1K net every day which will be 30K net every month and 360K net in an year. Under that plan i would hand register about 10-20 domains every day from pending delete ( all .com 3 words) hand registering under offer o4 some times discount backorder (keeping max cost 13) exceptionally rare times above 13. Thanks to unstoppable, porkbun, cosmotown, dynadot, name etc for their offers at various times for keeping overall average cost low. 1/5
