@DoInsan33z Man yeah that really sucks, I have two friends, I can each respectively express different facets of myself with, but it’s still a game of picking and choosing what is “ok” from initial mirroring plus trial and error.

I have this hyperfocus on the human brain. It’s fascinating to see how it works. Just a piece of meat with consciousness that can turn someone into a murderer, a psychopath, a schizophrenic, completely broken… or into a good person. All those emotions and chemicals. Stupid meat.

@anxietymsgs I believe exercise and social interaction help, even though it hasn’t worked for me. The demotivation just ends up being even stronger. I’d basically have to do those things 24/7, because one second alone is enough for me to collapse.

Tidying up my room is therapy for me. I even go looking for things to organize even when everything is already clean, because it’s the only thing in my life I can keep fully under my control and exactly the way I like it. My room is my perfect little world.
