I paid nearly $2000 for direct flights only to have my flight cancelled and rebooked to arrive 36 hours later through a connection. Awful customer service from the first 2 agents that just hung up. I want my money back to cover missed work and extended childcare! @AmericanAir

@AmericanAir Who is paying to get us back to the airport after bringing us to this hotel?! Sending the bus to pick up over 100 ppl at 10am for a noon international flight is completely reckless.
