@DrTodd_Hudnall We have a version with more lab-specific details. They read that manual first, then the box lead gives a ca 1 hr hands on training. This includes interactive questions, where the new researchers explain concepts from the manual and practice operations. Def need an in-person part

@DocAJMM When training new students, do you direct them to the site, or as they learn new techniques, do you access to specific sop and work through it with them?

Developing this model with Faraj Hasanayn and @patholland_0 and @alansgoldman was so much fun! I look at N2 complexes in a whole new way now… excited to see how reconsidering how we draw and classify bridging N2 can lead to new chemistry!
