@kneand_ I’ve lost rewards 6 times on the wbc mini season. Still like 400k from Tulo but this is getting mad annoying. Lost out on 60 packs and 11 ballins

MANY MANY MANY people have been asking "is the NEW mini season better than the WBC one" and the simple answer is NO. Why? Because you are playing DOUBLE the amount of games and the rewards just aren't that good. The most enticing thing of the new mini season is the 5 Ballin Packs which requires 100 strikeouts.... NOT WORTH! Make sure you do ONE of each Mini season and then straight to WBC again for the best rewards and grinds!

@MikeDro_ I’m good with it if they cap it to all star. 11 wins on all star should be 100% attainable to the community. No limit on game attempts

I don’t mind putting packs behind difficulty level on Mini Seasons but not a fan of doing it for cards

@Nutzypoo_ttv Totally agree my approach last year to get to 1000 rated was never to swing at borderline pitches unless it’s a 2 strike count. Felt like over 80% of close pitches were balls. The amount of walks I took just sitting back in my chair and watching painted corners get called balls…

Everyone's on board that Pitching is broken in MLB the Show? I have been beating this drum since 23. The enlarging of PARs and RNG that goes with it plus an inconsistent strike zone has made pitching unbalanced for years. You can put 10% of the PAR outside the SZ and a perfect pitch will ALWAYS find that 10%. It's frustrating, unbalanced, and leads to everyone being able to be way more passive at the plate until the RNG inevitably screws you and you leave a pitch down the middle to get hammered.

@YourFriendKyle_ Kyle that would make TOO much sense. Why spend time testing your game for bugs when you can just sell it and troubleshoot using the community the first month?

Next time you fly creators out to play your game early, you should put them all in separate rooms & see how long it takes all of them to disconnect with each other before you put a product like this out ever again. You've truly outdone yourself, I can't imagine a more disastrous start to a year than dealing with this atrocity that you have sold 😭 Please understand that this game, in it's current state, is one of the worst video games I've ever seen. This offseason you've managed to fix nothing & ruin everything. Seems hard to do, right? The servers & gameplay on this game make MLB '25 look like fucking Elden Ring. Disconnections every other game, people getting d/c losses in their battle royale runs they spent hours on, people on Playstation barely even being able to play. All of it just absolutely disgusting lol. The fact that you still get losses in co-op when your opponent surrenders after 4 years is such a blatant slap in the face to everyone who spends a dollar on your game. At a certain point this shit should be illegal lmao. Step it up. You're not doing a good job @SonySanDiego @MLBTheShow - Your customers deserve better. Wouldn't you agree?

@YourFriendKyle_ They literally promised the removal of slider shrinkage on a live stream and it’s still in the game. Nobody tests these changes or updates. Shameful

I'm so fucking grateful for the start to the year that I've had content wise that I've done everything in my power not to be overly negative on streams, videos, and social media but I've honestly seen enough. This is the most pathetic start to a year I've seen since purchasing MLB The Show and that includes MLB 18. Every second somebody is being disconnected from games, records aren't working, the servers suck and the gameplay is some of the worst I've ever seen. The bloop hits are constant and atrocious which has made pitching an intolerable experience. Exit velocities are the most inconsistent they've ever been. They made no remarks about changing anything with the hitting engine yet it's felt like everything has gotten worse. Not only that, but fielding is almost unplayable. It doesn't matter if it's a diamond or gold fielder, they just hate to play baseball. Runners take 93 seconds to get out of the box. I've had fun playing because it's utter nonsense and pure chaos. It's impossible to take serious. The improvements I have seen are: 1. PCI blur is awesome 2. PCI sensitivity is awesome 3. Created stadiums load / save better than ever and they're actually playing well opposed to every other field. 4. Parallel mods are awesome. Unfortunately none of this is enough to mask the atrocity that is the gameplay :/ I hope @SonySanDiego & @MLBTheShow are seeing these things and are in the lab all week because there's simply a LOT of work to do.
