STATEMENT FROM LEE GREENWOOD ON THE PASSING OF CHUCK NORRIS. I met Chuck in Los Angeles in the 80s, when both of our careers were soaring. We became fast friends, spending time together skeet shooting and sharing a deep respect for the outdoors and conservation. We also had the privilege of working together on President George H.W. Bush’s “Kick Drugs Out of America” initiative. I’ll always be grateful for the time we spent together, including the opportunity to be on Walker, Texas Ranger, but even more so for the friendship we built over the years.
