Congratulations to our 7th grade boys team on winning the Winter Classic in Mt. Pleasant. Boys played hard and we got better as a group this weekend.

I am taking #EXS3030 @OaklanduSHS with @docgoble to complete all of the exercise science requirements so I can graduate but I am also an athlete who likes to know how my body works and why my body is able to do certain things.

I’m taking #EXS3030 @OaklandSHS with @docgoble because I am trying to finish my bachelors degree in exercise science so I can move on to become a fire fighter and continue doing personal training on the side which I am right now.
