Joe Espada said closer Josh Hader stopped his throwing program because of arm soreness. Imaging revealed inflammation of the biceps tendon, so he has not been throwing for 10 or 11 days. He will resume his throwing program today.

Astros manager Joe Espada said Yainer Diaz suffered a left foot sprain during winter ball in December. He is still participating in baseball activities, but his running program is slightly behind schedule compared to others. Diaz is still hitting and is set to catch Tatsuya Imai’s bullpen session today, per @Chandler_Rome.
