The math of medicine has been permanently outsourced. I teach them how to read a nervous system. How to hold the physical weight of a cancer diagnosis in the room. AI does the cognitive long division. Elders hold the space.

2/ Unfortunately, there is not a darn thing I can do about Twitter, Elon, or Trump, so I'm not going to worry about that.
