It's key to know your time frame. As a day trader, I don't care where SPX goes tomorrow, next week, or how it gets there. I care about the next 5 to 20 point intraday move, and waiting on my 1 setup to capture it. That's it. If you think beyond that, noise will ruin your trading

Little to trade after +120 point run from yesterdays 6832 Failed Breakdown in #ES_F. Have to wait for another flush to trap bears & do it over. Today's targets were 6935 (hit), 6942 (hit), 6952 (4 points shy) 6925, 6907=weak supports & things don't get interesting until sub 6907
