My flight was canceled on March 2 due to bombing of the Doha airport. I used miles from Alaska Airlines. I am told you still have control of those miles and they need to be put back into my account. How do we do this?

@AtmosRewards I think I already replied, but I am not sure because I’m not familiar with X. How do I get these miles put back into my account? It was 42.5 K and I was traveling on Qatar from Bangkok to San Francisco on March 6 and the airport in Doha was closed as of March 4.
