I don’t know how anyone lives or works on a course in Phoenix…it’s 112° there today. Barley and I (and our poa and bentgrass) are barely surviving the 102° heat today in Sedona🥵🌱

The American century plant is my favorite native plant on property. It takes 10-30 years for it to grow and flower. The 1st photo was taken 5/14 and the 2nd was today 6/16. It grew 20+ feet in a month! Sadly, flowering also means the end of its life. Barley for scale of course🐾

Been hauling ass across the country since last night with a buddy who recently moved to Arizona and was driving his car there after Xmas. The reward? A full day of Arizona golf on Wednesday. What are the best public courses to check out? Cc: @RiggsBarstool @maxhoma23

The grounds crew was fired up before dawn to prep for Sunday at the U.S. Open. I love the course’s odds to win today now.
