@erinasimon Definitely, digital detox is a real thing it really impacts how we think! (reactive vs. proactive thinking) 😓

Per SBS. Literally 5% of your total equation in weight loss comes from the gym. NEAT (natural movement not in gym aka active lifestyles) can contribute to 3x more than you do in the gym. Should be noted resistance training over time raises your passive BMR.

It's been a very tough 2 years of competing. Lots of mistakes were made but because of those mistakes I've grown tremendously. Not only as a person but as a player as well.

“Fasted” cardio (as usually defined) is a joke. It takes ~24 hours for your liver glycogen to be depleted and >84 hours for your muscle glycogen to be even measurably decreased when not eating. If you skip breakfast and go for a run, your muscles don’t think they are fasted.

Hi - our spine can and should be strong in both flexion and extension. We often neglect flexion postures due to fear created from “fitness media”. BUT realize we take on flexion based postures in our daily movements requiring strength in these postures. So try this ✌🏻
