RIP Kenny Moore, the best track & field writer Ive ever read. Remember meeting him for the first time at the 2008 Olympic Trials and being star struck. At the Worlds in Berlin the following year he regaled some of us with stories from Munich ‘72. The sport, industry lost an icon

Off to Portland for the world premiere of the documentary: The Aligned Athlete, the story of how CHIROPRACTIC changed elite athlete performance, and in turn all athletic care. And I am humbled and honored to have be interviewed in this documentary.

I finished my homework for the Olympic Games, and now it is time to fly out to my fifth Olympic Trails to help some of the amazing athletes that I work with make the U.S. Track & Field team!

Watch the men’s 100 meter final, and look at this beautiful Olympic stadium at the same time.

My first time in the Tokyo Olympic stadium! 🎉 I have been inside 10 Olympic stadiums and lucky enough to race in track meets in four of them 😁

Did you know the athlete do not warm up for their races inside of the Olympic Stadium? In Tokyo there is a special track next to the stadium. The athletes warm up here and when they are ready to race they are shuttled across the street in golf carts.

Sixteen hours to Tokyo. This Delta One suite is going to make it a great flight!
