Training the Mental Game (TMG) Drill Ideas 🧠💡🚨⚾️
1) Have a white board outside the cage for players to write out the 1 thing they’re focusing on during this drill; have them measure their commitment on scale of 1-10 after each round
2) video 2 swings per round and compare
