As Karen Read's retrial is set to begin you will hear my name thrown around a lot, and the first thing the media will mention is the fact that I've been charged with "witness intimidation." These charges are a joke, and have no chance whatsoever of ending in conviction. The goal was to scare me, smear my reputation, and suggest that Karen Read did something wrong by speaking with a journalist. Here is a video of everything the government has charged me with. Perjury over a phone model is crazy work. Especially when the receipts are this easy. 🫠 I’ve seen the forensic reports—as has Meredith—yesterday, before testifying.. It’s WILD that after she looked them over, one of the camera lenses fell off her phone. #oopsie

This is obviously not a 15 Plus, which is probably why she said she didn’t have one.

She also lied about having a 13. On May 27, 2024 she texted me and said that she was setting up her new iPhone 15 and setting up a Google drive folder for the @lindseygaetani grand jury minutes that she has since published. Her previous phone prior to the iPhone 15 plus was an iPhone 11 pro max that I used to tease her about because it was older than Jen McCabe's phone in 2022. That phone also had 3 cameras, while the picture above shows her holding a phone with 2 cameras. She never owned an iPhone 13. I did. That was another lie.

It was testified in court today that I said “I’m gonna punch you in the fucking nose” in this clip. I am clearly saying “watch how that fucking goes” in a response to being told that she was going to post this video on Twitter.

Thanks everyone for the support today. The last few months have been very stressful and reliving it today wasn’t fun for me. I have to agree. She obviously was never a legitimate member of his defense team and that claim that she was is just not credible. So, choosing to release that privilege is on him, not her.

My opinion of today’s hearing is that only one of the parties involved was honest with their lawyer about what’s been going on.

Notably, @DoctorTurtleboy 's version of all of these incidents has not changed over time. I heard these stories months ago directly from him - and all the details were identical to what he's now saying on the stand.

The Turtleboy hearing today was absolute chaos...until Aidan testified. He comes across as likable, articulate and credible. Him and attorney Tim Bradl together are a force.
