Around 6 years back I did a long anusthana of Devi Bagla. I remember it really well because just prior to that anusthana, I was discussing something in Pizza Hut in B’ham and that’s when I thought let me do it. Anyway… during the sadhana literally nothing happened. Right? Right? 👇🏻 Wrong! On the last night of sadhana, that night, after anusthana I had a deep tired sleep. Early morning I had a dream. What is the dream? In the dream, my door bell in England rings. I open the door. In the dream, a friend of mine from school, a senior, well known from Pune, just dead some time prior to that anusthana (so won’t take the name here)… is at the door and comes in. Puts on the light. With him, he was holding her hand, was who? But my kid sister… And he says… ‘See, she is well now… I got her to England also and now you don’t need to worry’. Anyway… this dead person in the dream was a Christian friend who had died suddenly … like really suddenly. Reminded me in 2023 of that Dhyana of Baglamukhi —- remember where she sits on a Preta and controls the entire Jagat of dead and living. Few years later, sister normal and all things considered, that’s impossible to comprehend for me also. So…. Jai Ma Baglamukhi!

Few cross over the river. Most are stranded on this side. On the riverbank they run up and down. But the wise man, following the way, crosses over, beyond the realm of death.

Indeed! To conflate a Rasgulla with an Idli is not just a culinary error; it is a profound cosmological misunderstanding. To begin with, the comparison is practically a biological impossibility. She is comparing chhena (the delicate, squeaky, pristine curd of milk) with a meticulously fermented batter of parboiled rice and black gram (urad dal). Their compositions are from entirely different kingdoms. One is an airy, spongy lattice designed to trap light sugar syrup; the other is a dense, wholesome, steamed matrix of complex carbohydrates and proteins. Their taste, consistency, structural integrity, and existential purpose share absolutely nothing in common. But more important, her attempt to dismiss the Idli as merely a blank canvas for sugar syrup does a grave disservice to what is arguably one of the greatest engineering marvels of the culinary world. The Idli is not a mere "bland cake." It is a masterclass in biotechnology. To achieve the perfect Idli is to balance the delicate microflora of wild fermentation over a cold night, resulting in a steamed cloud that is a triumph of gut health, lightness, and nutritional balance. It is a savoury monolith of South Indian culinary genius, perfectly engineered to absorb the sharp tang of a well-spiced sambar or the fiery depth of a molaga-podi (gunpowder) paste infused with cold-pressed sesame oil or nutritious melted ghee. To suggest an Idli would even consent to being drowned in sugar syrup is to fundamentally misunderstand its dignity. If this lady finds Rasgullas overrated, argue that on the merits of their sponginess or sweetness. But please, leave the noble, perfectly fermented, steamed majesty of the Idli out of your dessert-table polemics, ma'am!

Virtually the entire Russian and Ukraine community know two facts: 1: About Kashi (Varanasi) as the place people attain liberation at the hands of Shiva at the end of their life and 2: That if anyone has had a non peaceful death in the last 7 generations of a family, then Gaya is the place to go. It’s become very well known. Serious numbers of Americans and Germans come there too. Anybody who has any family who is perceived to be not at peace…. will come to Gaya now. This is nothing for now… give it 20 years more. Huge numbers of people will come here. Remember that Stallone came here and found peace. (The numbers of people who come to Bodh Gaya as part of Buddha’s journey will be down… they will visit Gaya to perform the ancient ritual of Pinda daan …. and maybe visit Bodh Gaya as part of their pilgrimage. Remember that Buddha also was a Hindu to start with and chose Gaya for the end of his spiritual journey. Why? Is Gaya known in any other religion? Of course not. It’s the Sthan Mahatmya of Gaya in Hinduism that’s crucial! My old blog on it: mmpandit.wordpress.com/2019/07/08/pit…

Most medical professionals who have been on serious on call rotas in their life have got strong 8th and 12th houses. The 12th house placements ensure that they spend a significant portion of their lives in hospital, unable to leave it for that duration, usually at night and doing serious work for a portion of that night. It’s like a confinement. In any other horoscope, that sort of placement will mean confinement for other reasons (jail, etc). This is also why many medical professionals with those charts do exceptionally well in their life. Saturn is pleased by Sewa. Rahu cannot trouble you that much when the person is motivated by a higher cause. Jupiter’s affliction ceases when one teaches a large number of students free of cost. And so on.

See, free will is a very powerful factor. There are many normal sadhakas I know of, who are doing far more sadhana than many Gurus. Sadhana defines the person eventually because if you are an intense sadhaka, you won’t waste too much time and energy in frivolity (and majority of stupidity occurs because one is not doing intense sadhana). So use free will to do sadhana and of course it will still be interrupted at death but then nature finds a way for the sadhana to find the sadhaka once again.

@bhairavgyaan @Doctorahead @mmpandit @KanakMoghe One astrologer had once told me that I will be inconsistent in Sadhana because of Guru in Krittika nakshatra. I did feel disheartened initially, but then decided to put more efforts on my own. Now I do an hour of daily Sadhana. In a few years hope to reach 2-3 hours of it daily.

Blessed are those whom Astrology leaves alone after catching hold of them for sometime. It is a deadly addiction - maybe one of the greatest roadblocks in spirituality.

Peds UG- bearded external spoke so softly that his voice used to get lost in his beard only. Whatever came out was just foul smell. One internal sitting with him to help students understand his question also got the mumbles wrong. Worst viva of my life. Pata hi nahi kya poocha.🤣
Dr Kamlesh Darji@DrKamleshDarji1

External examiner asks: "Most common renal tumour in children?" You answer: "Wilms tumour, sir." He frowns. "No. It's neuroblastoma." You know - with 100% certainty that neuroblastoma is adrenal, not renal. Wilms is correct. But he's the external. He's writing your marks right now. Your internal examiner is silent. What will you do? #MedTwitter A. Agree - "Yes sir" B. Hold ground politely C. Deflect - "both can occur" D. Apologise, move on

It's very clear seeing the leading signals on social media: Every news, and more fake news, are going to be used by the DS to instigate Indians against the PM and GoI in the coming months. It's going to be a barrage, no a deluge, of negative news (mainly Reuters, Bloomberg, WSJ, FT) and propaganda to try disillusion the most hardcore supporters. To prepare the base for protests and anarchy to try create govt instability in India. But they will fail in the end. Because these losers, the communists and islamists, don't get India.

Mahadev. Experience in dealing with life from a young age, so when inside depths of a situation, person might not be able to view it, but it rings the bell of experience in my head and so the practical part of dealing with something takes over. Very kind words. Jai Shri Rama!
Ajey@Paimaamu

I have had brief and intense phone calls with @mmpandit. It’s rare to find someone who can convince you of something very practical in life in very simple and practical terms when you’re looking for a deeper understanding. I understand that a pursuit of deeper understanding is a reason to escape one’s circumstances and an unwillingness to take responsibility.

I recorded a video with "Alternate Media" yesterday (on Suvendu & Vijay CM terms) & said that people shouldn't get excited by the appointment of Vijay's astrologer as OSD. Those who call to "eradicate" Sanatana are dangerous, but those who say nice things & engage in empty/symbolic gestures of respect, while giving a free hand to powerful anti-Sanatana forces, are far more dangerous! I gave my honest assessment based on TVK formation chart, Vijay's rasi chart & Vijay's oath taking chart, in that video (in English). As for your question, a good & objective astrologer should be able to assess one's own time & set expectations accordingly. I, for one, mentioned earlier that my best predictions will come only during Oct 2027-Jun 2036. Even though I made good predictions this year (e.g. Iran war WILL happen, Khamenei WILL be eliminated in Feb-Mar, Iran war will end by April 17, Iran war will not turn out like Ukraine war, Mamata will lose decisively, DMK is VERY likely to fall, etc), it is a time when I know I am likely to routinely fall a little short in spite of good effort. And it's ok. One may ask why Vijay's astrologer then didn't advise him against the appointment, given its final fate. Well, he might not have realized it. Or, he might have seen it, but concluded that one day of limelight was useful. Who knows?! Mind you, some (though not all) astrologers desire fame and clientele. It may surprise you, but one well-known south Indian astrologer who comes on a TV show reached out to me a couple of years back and asked: "I paid so and so amount to so and so TV station for an astrology TV show, hoping for more clients, but had a poor RoI from that investment. What puja should I do to increase clients & financial inflow?" 😃😢 I will not at all be surprised if some podcasters with great reach also charge money from some (though not all) of their guests! This is Kali yuga. Due to missing patronage of kings, astrologers are on their own. And, some depend on it for livelihood! Some of those are happy with little, but some want more and hence have to do such things. On a related note, some friends noted that I am appearing on too many podcast channels these days. Iran war & Bengal elections increased the demand & resulted in overexposure. In general, if I see someone working for Dharma, I like to encourage them. If the show gets some views, it's a little money for them! If I realize that someone I worked with is working against Dharma, I cut down on my work with them. But, those I like and see as Dharmik, I like to encourage. But, overexposure isn't healthy & I'll reduce it in the next month or two. Just to be clear, I don't do these shows for clients. I already get too many chart requests through various means. I do honor some requests, but only a very small % of them. Moreover, when do I see a chart, I don't charge money - I ask them to donate whatever they can afford to a local temple or dharmik organization, thinking of me in mind (and not even share the details with me). Thus, I have no financial motivations behind my astrological & spiritual activities - thankfully, I have a decent life working for a top semiconductor company. Sorry for going off in different directions & sharing several freewheeling thoughts triggered by this comment.. 🙏
