Her mission is to help business executives and entrepreneurs develop their wellness intelligence quotient to make better health choices that enhance their physical, mental and emotional wellbeing because one cannot perform optimally if wellbeing is lagging.

She is currently studying for a diploma in Health Coaching at a UK Institute as well as for a PhD in Business Administration at the Graduate School of Business, University of Cape Town where she is researching on health promoting leadership and leaders’ self care practices.
