If I stay home and raise my own children I am a loser and not ambitious But if I hire and pay another woman to raise and take care of my children for me than I am an empowered woman If that same woman stayed home with her children she would be a loser But if she takes care of my children she is not If we both switched and raised each others children for a paycheck we would be successful ambitious girl bosses But if we do it for our own children we are losers

I really hope this video goes viral and the Nigeria Police Force sees this and does something about it. This happened in Abulado, Lagos. Me and my guy @ehispascal were on a bike when four officers stopped us. We came down peacefully, no issues at all. One officer was talking to me, another to my guy. Everything was calm. They were asking questions and we answered calmly because we had nothing to hide. They asked me to open my phone, and I didn’t hesitate because I didn’t want any problem. Suddenly, out of nowhere, one man came from behind and slapped me. Even the officer checking my phone was shocked and asked what just happened. At that moment, I didn’t even know he was a police officer because he wasn’t in uniform. Out of anger, I reacted and slapped him back and even tried to confront him. That’s when the others held me and told me he was an officer. That’s when I realized everything was already planned. Next thing, all of them started beating us. It was bad. My guy’s face even got swollen. They then threatened to take us to the station. I told them no problem, let’s go, but the officer who slapped me must come along too. I told them when we get to the station, they would know who my father is. They kept asking for his name, but I refused and said they would find out at the station. That’s when they got scared. Instead of taking us to the station, they drove us to a bridge, dropped us there, and told us to go.

I gave my final talk in this congregation today, and it was such an emotional moment. About 10 years ago, when I gave my first one, I never imagined I would still be here this long. But life writes its own story, and I’m grateful for every page of this one.

In 2023 while I was in Asaba, I was living with a friend who was a movie producer. Everything was going great. He introduced me to a nearby provision shop where I could get anything I wanted on credit and he would pay back when he returned. I agreed and kept to the agreement. One fateful day, another woman who owned a provision shop in the neighborhood walked up to me and introduced herself as the wife of our landlords younger brother. She also pleaded with me to patronize her as well, saying she saw how frequently I bought from her neighbor. When my friend came back I told him about the woman and he said I could also buy things from her. After about a week, I decided to buy from her for the first time. It was already seven in the evening. I went to the shop and her son, who was barely seven or eight years old, sold the pure water bag to me. I paid him immediately and left. I was already in the kitchen cooking our dinner when I heard a voice calling my name outside the compound. I came downstairs. Lo and behold it was the woman I had just left her shop a few minutes earlier. She called me closer with a calm voice and asked me to please give her the phone I had collected from her shop. She said it was a phone her husband had recently bought for her. I was confused but told her that I did not see any phone. She left our compound and I told the people around what she had come for. I was still contemplating what had happened when she came back again, this time with a louder voice. She started calling me a thief and called on the entire neighborhood. They all came downstairs. I felt so embarrassed but I had to summon courage and remained calm. The neighbors started calling me one by one privately and asking me if I was with any phone. I told them I was not with any phone. My friend even promised to give me one hundred thousand naira if I could provide the phone, but I told him I was innocent. The following day the woman came to threaten me with arrest. By this time I was completely pained and embarrassed. She then said she would take me to a deity in Agbor where I would go and prove my innocence by swearing to the deity. I then called my dad and told him what had happened. He said I should not worry and that I should follow her to any place she wanted because nothing would happen to me since I was innocent. I then agreed to follow her to the place. People were already gathered and watching the whole drama. I went upstairs to my room. My friend came in and told me that the next morning we would be going to the deity. I said okay, that I was ready. The following morning, guess what happened? The woman who had embarrassed me came in with her husband to apologize to me. She said the missing phone had been found. I just kept calm. Crazy thoughts were coming to my head but I had to listen to my friend. He pleaded with me to forget about everything since the phone had been found. I did not want to take the matter further because it might affect his relationship with the landlord and getting another apartment in Asaba is not an easy task. Till date I am still grateful that the incident did not dent my name in the street. Watch these videos, you'll see when I wanted to raise my voice,my home boys and neighbors also did their best because they stood up for me

This video is painful to watch. The guy clearly had the seat ,his stuff was right there, he showed proof calmly at first. But instead of anyone telling the girl to leave the seat, the whole room turns it into comedy. The worst part? The moment he reacts (after being ignored and disrespected), suddenly everyone wants to drag him out like he's the villain. Classic "man must absorb everything in silence" energy. Being a man in situations like this often feels like you're expected to be a robot: no emotions, no boundaries, just endure and smile. Meanwhile basic fairness flies out the window. Shame on the bystanders more than anything (which are majority men ofcus) Na man dey always do man .
The Disruptor@Disrupttor

As a man, from the moment you’re born, the world is already stacked against you. Look at this. The young man proved beyond reasonable doubt that the seat was his, his things were right there. But instead of anyone telling the girl to get up, instead of a single person stepping in to calm things down or speak up for what’s right… they just sat there. Laughing. That’s what hurts the most. They weren’t waiting to help. They were waiting for him to react. Waiting for him to raise his voice, lose his temper so they could finally point fingers. Not at the girl who took his seat. At him. Always at him. Nobody asks what pushed him. Nobody cares about the root cause. Just the reaction. Whoever said “To be a man is not easy” wasn’t just talking. That person had lived it. Felt it. Carried it. Because being a man means the world watches you struggle and calls it entertainment.
