@drgurner @loscharlos Surprised me. I had a nasty upper respiratory virus for 3 weeks. After shortness of breath, I thought it was bronchitis. Doc said my lungs were fine but my heart was releasing troponin and I had post viral myocarditis. I was shocked. Doing better now!

@bdeek75 @jasonrantz Yes, we're about a 1/2 mile from Rainer ave. Not many car thefts that I know about, but we do drive by sketchy areas getting to the floating bridge. Somehow that doesn't affect housing prices and this area still being a premier neighborhood.
