@voluntee01 You might be surprised. I'm not super familiar with lentils but my daughter made a pot if soup based on them that was FABULOUS. I think they tend to take on the flavors of what they are cooked with.

@david_r_morgan You have my sympathy. I have those days too. Music, a cold shower (or a warm one you end with cold), a good cry, and pouring it out to a good friend help me. I isolate and hide how I feel from all but a few. Hugs.

Those of you who struggle with your mental health... when the bad times hit, do you tend to isolate yourself? I keep pushing good people out of my life because when I'm struggling, I can't help but retreat. It's my toxic trait that I can't seem to shake off. And it hurts.
