@Wondershare @Filmora_Editor To stress my point… I purchased Filmora 11 in 2022, part of the deal was it came with BorixFX as a permanent feature (not a subscription I’d have to renew). This is partly the reason I opted for Filmora. I was FORCED to upgrade to version.13 recently and BorisFX disappeared!4/?

I explained my situation to 3 separate customer service people (over 1 hour)… all of whom very rudely ended the conversation! @Wondershare @Filmora_Editor this is completely unacceptable! 3/?

2 years with no issues… BorisFX was part of my deal… no monthly subscription, just a permanent feature to my account. Your “Customer Service” time were of no help and kept copy/pasting the same responses about “rules of plugins”. 2/?
