3. Master your Youth Night before adding anything else. If your main gathering isn’t strong, nothing else will sustain.

2. Maintain attendance at a minimum of 10% of your Sunday morning crowd. That’s your baseline, not your goal.

1. Engage with every young person already in your church before you ever look outside. Build what’s in your house first.
