I spent years at a law firm working on contract disputes and find it very hard to believe ARN had a sound basis to terminate his contract.
They hired a provocative, hot-headed broadcaster, monetised him for over a decade, then signed him to a huge deal knowing *exactly* what they were getting.
They'll have a hell of a time arguing that one spat with Jackie amounts to serious misconduct.
