So. I have decided to give randomly and for free. A “coaching” lessons of how I do my job, engineer wise.
This is only valid for community engineers who wants to grow and learn more about this role.
Drop a comment below and I will pick one of you randomly in the next days.
See you soon 🫶🏻

I don’t like to open myself like that and talks about F1 Community overall but in a week I saw crazy things and i think it’s time that I should say my opinion.
What you guys want to do about your own career? People getting cancelled. Fake friends and 90% of the toxic environment. Where’s the joy of reaching a common goal? Practice together for grow, and maybe in a future be in the Top 30, the esports grid.
The focus nowadays seems more to trashtalk on each other and cancelling each other instead of build a plan for how to be someone competent for compete with the top of the top.
I’m gonna be honest as well, in a position where I see league racing pretty often because I’m a passionate, I love talent and i would love to be capable of have enough power for give a chance to everyone…but at which cost?
The principle base behavior is not even there. No respect between each other, just pure hate. It’s good to have rivalry but hating is never the solution for solve the issues, especially in public social like this one.
We should play together, race together and enjoy the moment, because maybe there’s not even gonna be a future and we are just wasting our time, myself included. And what’s the main focus nowadays? Cancelling each other instead of improve your personal skills as driver/engineer. Whoever you are.
It makes me sad because I know I made mistakes in the past but I never saw that much deep things like in this few days.
Surely is not that tweet to make change things but I just hope as many as possible will take their time to read it and reflect if this is the way to carry on. Because it’s not funny anymore.
And remember as well, whatever a person did and the reason, behind a discord account, a phone or whatever you will use. There’s always a real person with emotions, with maybe even personal issues and he wants have fun out of it.
But maybe he can’t do it anymore, because “we” don’t allow it anymore. More people quit the scene cause “the game is bad” but are we sure is that the main reason?
Anyway. I think I’ve typed enough but the main message is. Always believe in your dreams, no matter how much impossible are in your mind, because nothing is impossible.
Enjoy your days and hope we can all reflect on it and made a cool place for everyone, new and old people. See you very soon🫶🏻
