@TheCinesthetic I actually don’t meet many people who dislike this movie. Most have either never seen it or appreciate the pure 80s trip it takes you on. And then, there are a select few like me who watch it whenever it’s on.

Bloodsport (1988) sells itself as a true story even if the Frank Dux claims are questionable, but it works on sheer presence. Van Damme, the Kumite setting & that final fight carry the whole thing. It’s rough around the edges and still completely watchable.
