@dominos_india Pathetic experience! Ordered Cheese Volcano Peppy Paneer Order #258 on 5th May. Cheese was completely unmelted & solid like plastic. No "volcano" effect at all. Felt nauseous & vomit-like sensation after 1 bite. This is unacceptable quality! 1/2` @fssaiindia

it's 1:00 AM night and I've ordered a medium size Margherita cheese burst pizza from dominos 45 mins back . The delivery guy arrived with a regular size pizza . I asked him to bring the medium size without cancelling the order . @dominos

@dominos @dominos This company claims delivery in only 30 mins but they always failed to rely on it.we have faced it many times that they deliver order even 1hr late inspite of the restaurant is just 1.5 km away&they don't even provide cancellation option and not receiving calls

Poor experience with @dominos Mondha Naka Branch , Ch. Sambhaji Nagar Branch(Aurangabad). They accepted items like wheat crust and do not have and refused to deliver additional unofficial delivery charges saying my location is 1 km out of limits. Why accept orders then ?

Ordered from Domino's at 8:05 PM (ETA 10 mins). It’s almost 9 PM—still no delivery. Driver asked OTP early, now says he’s still at store & needs 30 more mins. No support, no updates. Really disappointing.@dominos

@dominos store people is not answering my calls. The delivery agent confirmed he would inform the store to process a refund, but there has been no response and I have not received my amount.

@dominos Delivery was delayed by more than 1 hour. The app showed the delivery agent had reached, but when I called, he was still over 2 km away. No response from the store. What’s the point of the help option? Please look into this.
