I’ve tried connecting to their help center numerous times without any success. asyik kene tunggu available agents yg tak muncul2. furthermore, the @dominosmy restaurant is also unreachable via call. with no option to cancel… what do u expect ur customers to do??

@DominosMY your tracker says my order is out for delivery but the live map is not there. a few times already this has happened. the live map helps me check the real ETA and see where the rider actually is. without it, the tracker is a lot less useful. please fix this

Shameful delivery services by @DominosMY !!! Ordered pizza from Maluri Branch at 8pm, pizza arrived at 10pm! 2 freaking hours for pizza! Not even an apology! The delivery guy didnt even call when delivers the pizza. Just a picture of the pizza at the corner.
