You would genuinely have to be stupid to go to a Furry Party and expect NOT to be asked if you want a drink or to some drugs. If you don't want that, organise your own party with people who Don't do that or set it as a boundary there, I do it literally every time I go to a con.

I hate the “it’s not that deep” argument especially when it concerns a business that repeatedly makes bad decisions that sets a bad standard for the gaming industry as well as completely disregarding their employees.
The “it’s not deep” argument kills critical thinking completely. There has to be a term for like the reverse of virtue signaling where one discourages any discourse over a contested subject in an effort to look like a nonchalant centrist who doesn’t actually have to take any action to defend their own beliefs.
I mean It’s still virtue signaling but you’re taking the perceived reasonable centrist route to triumph over anyone who may have any kind of flaws in their own argument to avoid looking like a hypocrite by not having any defendable opinions yourself.

its not that the new one looks bad, it's that i'd rather have the original one. And if i had the original Hybrid, I wouldn't care what the new one looked like. and would just incorporate whatever accessories she had with the Original.
