@Domyarus Hi Raymond, our Hub is delivering the speeds which is confirmed in your screenshot showing the Hub speeds. Unfortunately, it would appear your device isn't receiving the speeds but that would be at the fault of the device, not the Hub. Many thanks

@virginmedia - once again, your broadband fails to provide usable service: continually dropping out and performing poorly when it is there! Please, please, please... Try and deliver a usable service for the money you charge!

@Domyarus Hi Raymond, WiFi speeds are subject to many external factors (such as the device capabilities for example), which is why we do not guarantee them. As your screenshot demonstrates, your Hub is giving the correct speeds. Many thanks

@virginmedia Neither myself, nor the other 5 residents of my household connect our mobile phones to the router via a cable, nor my Alexa devices, nor my work laptop (which, incidentally, has no physical network capability at all!). WiFi provision needs to be dependable, stable and reliable!

@Domyarus Hi, Raymond. So this test shows you're getting the correct speed to the router (are you on 350mb package)? Can you do the same test but via PC/Laptop and wired please?
