@DonBugitoSF Made it again tonight/the quest for the perfect cycling food continues: dialed back a little on the oats, added a bit more chocolate chips. Added 1/4 cup shredded coconut for no reason and had to throw in another egg white so it would stick together. It’s even better this time.

Made my own granola bars Sat. w/ cricket flour from @DonBugitoSF - 2 cups oats, 1/2 cup peanut butter, 1/3 cup chocolate chips, 1/2 cup peanuts, 1/2 cup 🦗 flour, 1/4 cup honey, 1 tsp baking soda, 2 egg whites. 2 tsp vanilla. 18 mins. @ 350. Cool & chill. Who wants to 🚲 w/ me?
