@Adam_DelDuca Everyone has access to these. But how to pick a niche? How to pick topics? What about packaging - the thumbnail and title that make someone click? Those basics come before any tool.

@thomaas Lost channels before & failed many times. Stings for a day. But the knowledge, the systems, knowing what actually works - no one takes that. You can rebuilt faster each time. The channel was never the real asset, it's you & experience and knowledge you got from doing it.

i see some talented people giving up on youtube faceless because of mass termination waves or now AI channels getting hit by 'inauthentic content'. people truly give up and try to find another business thinking they will find something that has no issue you guys have to understand one thing, those things have always happened since youtube faceless started and i've seen it, it just comes back every now and then in a different form. there's no business on earth that doesn't have any issue, you just gotta deal with it. and you have to deal with it fast. you get paid in direct proportion to the difficulty of problems you solve imagine how many people overall are giving up on youtube after the first terminated channel they get. take it in a positive way, you now have less competition. pick your side, but keep in mind that anytime 1 person give up, he gives you the opportunity to print all the money he should've printed. the moment you find a solution for a big issue you have, you now have a competitive advantage, and people will try to catch up later on thats how it works. and it compounds. and sometimes all the things you've found, all the solutions, people just know about it months later and sometimes years later when you're already way ahead stay focus

Elevator analogy is clean but elevators replaced a mechanical task. Content doesn't work the same way. Stock photography is closer. When it got cheap, everyone said photographers were done. What actually happened? Commodity work collapsed. Premium work got more valuable because the gap became impossible to ignore. AI flooding the platform doesn't kill creators who understand packaging, retention, and audience. It just makes the difference between low-effort and high-effort more obvious, making it far harder to compete with content that's easily replicable and has nothing unique about it.

Let me be clear, I’m not arguing for or against AI. I’m on neither side. However purely from a business perspective. I’m calling it now that YouTube will most likely be splitting into an AI mode and non AI mode and a few years from now it will just be AI mode (if and only if the models get good enough) the terminations you are seeing now is a PR buffer for the ultra low hanging AI slop but it won’t stay like this forever. They are just managing PR against the anti AI mob until models get good enough. This entire situation reminds me of automatic elevator in the 1900s, building owners publicly said the technology wasn’t safe and promised elevator operators would always be needed. They installed the machines anyway, kept operators inside “for reassurance,” and let people get used to pushing buttons. Once nobody cared anymore, the operators quietly disappeared. They have to be “anti ai” now cause the hive mind of the anti AI movement In the public they’ll play it as “oh we are gonna safe normal creators from ai by giving them a special section” YouTube will never admit the end state They manage sentiment until the end state arrives anyway. I also often hear the sentiment of “oh but people will always crave authentic human interaction” I mean yes, just like today people buy hand crafted or artisanal bread. However a majority of people just purchase mass produced factory loafs. As a business owner you should NEVER listen to what the policy is saying at face value. The only thing that truly matters is where they are investing their money. It makes absolutely 0 sense to invest billions into AI infrastructure if your sole intention is to “aid human creators” just creating another tool will NEVER make these investments economically viable. Just think about this critically.

Been using this for 2 months, saved tens of thousands $$$ in costs by not executing on ideas that wouldn't have had clickable packaging. Not launching publicly yet. If you are interested in being in beta testing round, like + retweet and comment 'Ideation', we'll contact you if you qualify. 🎯

Bad idea → bad thumbnail. 📉 Every time. No revision cycle saves it. No "let's try a different font" saves it. Validate the concept first. Then spend the money.

$75,000 on thumbnails in two years. Most of it spent polishing ideas that should've died early. 🎯 Not because the designers were bad. Because we greenlit ideas that were never going to click. You can't design your way out of a bad concept. No budget fixes that. So we built a tool that validates packaging in seconds. Before production starts. Before you waste hundreds to thousands of $$$ on a video no one is going to click on.
