Judge asked if the govmt has asked Ms. Robinson (victims mother) what she thinks about the trial being delayed because of the added charges. Govmt requested they be allowed to submit a written response to today’s hearing immediately after court - and will ask Ms Robinson her thoughts, then include what she says in the filing Judge replied, “please stop presuming I will or will not do something” (Aka - judge isn’t letting them submit the response)

Well…that was a very intense hearing. Judge Fitzgerald was expressly not happy with the filing of this 3rd indictment. He plans to issue ruling by EOD on if counts 1 and 6 will be severed - (based on how the hearing went, I suspect they will)

Durk replies to the gov, he argues that they waited until just weeks before trial to add major new charges, produced thousands of pages of discovery late, and failed to follow pretrial deadlines, without a valid explanation.

@DoneIt36 It was never suggested or said that durk paid them, it was always a middle man that I believe is dead now. Either way all his charges are either conspiracy (to plans/be part of a plan) or racketeers (gang related) so even if he didn’t do the murder or pay, he knew the plan.
