@selynnarose The only two things that did anything for me at all (and barely at that) were sipping ice cold sweet tea and nibbling salty things like Fritos. I had hg through my entire pregnancy including my delivery day and THROUGH LABOR. It sucked.

I wouldn't wish Hyperemesis gravidarum on my worst enemy. The constant struggle to try to keep food down. And every woman who is going through it deserves anything she wants. Because if you only knew..
