He didn’t get through the hole good in 1 his first lap and scrubbed speed even for his second lap. If he qualifies top 4 he stays. Business decision.

Realized he wasn’t racing against the ASCOC and saved himself the embarrassment of not making the show. I’m sure it was windy when he got there.
