I was teaching a class 'How to love your neighbour who is sad'. To illustrate 'secret sadnesses', I shared that our dog has just died, and started to well up a bit. One girl came up to me afterwards, looked me in the eye and gave me a piece of paper. "This is for you," she said.

@RobWong34 I broke my ankle in January and I’m *just* now able to walk more normally, forget running or jumping though. Ankle injuries are no joke and take FOREVER to heal. Though I guess I don’t have MLB PTs at my disposal so hopefully Joey’s recovery is quicker than mine 😂
