Update on the Ronettes/Revolver album cover drawing.. I decided to switch Nedra and Ronnie, but I still don't know what to put on the empty space so I'm putting George Harrison on there while I'm deciding. Please help

Always felt Donna Summer was the blueprint for the modern pop start. Crossover appeal, sex appeal, a defining sound with a producer (Giorgio Moroder), a very distinct style. I think Diana Ross, Cher & Tina Turner are protos to her but DS is the modern pop star blueprint.

@DonnedDon Oh you could also put their name there! The ronnettes album covers always had the band name on them, it'd fit pretty perfectly there imo

@tehanu1990 We have cousin Elaine that replaced Ronnie on the Beatles tour, but the beehive would be a better choice imo because Elaine was just a stand-in + there were other Ronettes in the 70s

@DonnedDon that could also be good. do they have any "fourth Ronette" type associates in the way that the Beatles have a bunch of people who are called the "fifth Beatle"? i'm not really versed in all the various Ronette connections so you probably know better than me
